Learn more about Justine and Gracie, our Co-chairs of Recruitment!

I’m Justine and I’m currently a super senior studying Applied Data Science. I’m ISA’s co-director of recruitment along with Gracie. I think what we get to do in our role is super fun because we get to manage ISA’s intern class for the school year. We’re able to oversee their entire experience as an intern -- from their applications and interviews to guiding them through organizing their own events and to getting to know them and hanging out with them every week. I’ve been in ISA since my freshman year and also started as an intern so it’s been really fun being able to introduce new classes interns to the world of ISA and see them take on bigger responsibilities and join us on e-board.

Hello, I’m Gracie and I am a junior studying Real Estate Development here at USC. Getting the chance to be Co-Chairs of Recruitment with Justine was a big honor for me. Since this was a new position to ISA, there was a lot of flexibility on what we can do and experiment on. Though there were some unexpected hurdles along the way, we were able to overcome that with the help of the directors and our enthusiastic intern class. The journey was very exciting for me, from interviewing potential interns to helping them set up International Trivial Night, which is our annual intern-led event. I am excited to see how far this position will grow in the future and please be on the lookout for all our upcoming events this semester!
